Connect to Imager

Connect to Imager
6. If you are using RS-232 protocol, select which communications port you are using. If
COM1
is not your communications port, select
Other
from the drop-down menu. Click
Connect.
If using USB protocol, select your Imager model and click Next.
7. When connected successfully, the
CONNECTED
message will appear in a green box
in the status bar at the bottom right of the screen.
8. If the connection attempt fails, enable a different communications port, check port
connections, and try again.
You are now ready to configure your Imager with
ESP
. Subsequent chapters provide
more detailed information about
ESP
’s configuration options.
