Scan Count
Definition: Determined by OMR calibration. It represents the count value from the
start of the scan to the end of the scan. Count resolution is 15.25 nS.
Usage: READ ONLY.
Serial Cmd: <KPcalibrate delay status,auto frame status,avg bar width,avg cell
width,margin,scan count value>
